Common questions
- I didn’t get my confirmation or reset email. Check your spam folder first. You can request another from the sign-in screen.
- My club or venue page says it’s under review. New business pages are approved by our team before they can post or host. This usually happens quickly — email us if it’s been more than a day.
- How do I delete my account? In the app or on the website: Settings → Delete account. Your data is removed after a 30-day grace period, and you can cancel the deletion by signing back in during that time.
